3. Data Deletion and Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the App settings by navigating to "Profile" > "Delete Account", or by contacting us at support@getveritas.app.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will promptly securely delete your personal data from our active databases.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, and improve Veritas. On our public website, AppsFlyer provides optional advertising attribution services. We load its Smart Script only after you accept optional cookies and similar technologies.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses browser storage, cookies, URL parameters, and similar technologies. Technologies that are necessary to remember your privacy choice operate without advertising consent. Optional advertising attribution is disabled until you select “Accept”.

Provider retention depends on the applicable AppsFlyer configuration and policies.

We use optional attribution data to understand which campaigns lead to app downloads and to measure advertising performance. The legal basis for this optional processing is your consent. Some provider processing may take place outside your country under the provider’s applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

You may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control shown on our website. Withdrawing consent stops optional scripts on subsequent page loads and does not affect access to the website or direct App Store and Google Play links. You may also clear stored preferences through your browser settings.

6. In-App Purchases

If you choose to make in-app purchases, transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google depending on your platform. We do not process or store your credit card information on our servers.
